Matt is an M&A transaction specialist with 14 years’ experience including 4 years in Deloitte’s transactions and restructuring team, 3 years executing highly structured deals at Barclays Capital, and 4 years originating and executing deals at boutique M&A advisory Corbett Keeling. Educationally, qualified as a chartered accountant whilst at Deloitte, qualified as an associate of the CISI whilst at Barclays Capital, and registered as a Financial Conduct Authority approved person whilst at Corbett Keeling. Matt’s core skillset includes marketing businesses, negotiation, and transaction structuring. He has been focused on the technology and science-driven chemicals markets for the last 7 years.
